WatchGuard is a master brand with six sub-lines beneath it. Each sub-line is a coherent group of products aimed at one kind of work, which means a dealer can take the whole catalog or just the piece that matches their market — a roofing supply house does not need to stock floor topcoat, and a garage-floor franchise does not need roof membrane.
Underneath the branding, everything traces back to the same manufacturing: 100%-solids plural-component polyurea and polyurethane chemistry, produced by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems. Products within the line are formulated to work together — the primer under the topcoat, the basecoat under the floor finish, the membrane over the roofing foam.
Corrosion & Protective — the Core Polyurea
The products that started the line. OR93BL is a 100%-solids aromatic polyurea used as a general corrosion barrier on steel, wood, and concrete — sprayed 20 to 120 mils in a single pass with no seams and no shrinkage.
Flak Jacket 1 (FJ1) steps up the build and the tear strength for surfaces taking impact as well as exposure: truck beds, equipment decks, metal roofs. Flak Jacket Pro is the highest abrasion and tensile grade in the line, specified where the coating itself is the wear surface — loader buckets, chutes, dump bodies.
OR7K handles general waterproofing duty, and Badger Black is the below-grade product for foundations and exterior walls.
Typical spec: OR93BL at 40–60 mil DFT exterior, FJ1 at 60–80 mil on impact surfaces, Flak Jacket Pro at 80–120 mil on wear surfaces.
Roof — OR-80SLM, Alasta Seal & Roofing Foam
OR-80SLM Silver Lining Membrane is a pure polyurea roof membrane and the flagship of WatchGuard Roof. It is Miami-Dade approved, which matters when a specifier or an insurance carrier asks what the assembly is rated for. Sprayed seamless over metal, it eliminates every panel lap and fastener penetration in one pass.
Alasta Seal is the flexible polyurea membrane for RV, camper, and trailer roofs — enough elongation to live with a vehicle that flexes down the highway.
Roofing-grade closed-cell spray foam goes under the membrane where the job needs slope correction and R-value at the same time, which is most low-slope commercial and agricultural work.
Typical spec: OR-80SLM at 40–60 mil over prepped metal with 7001 Primer at laps and fasteners; 1–1.5" of roofing foam under membrane on low-slope decks.
Floor & Concrete — OR-621, OR-55 & Concrete Mender
The floor system is a basecoat/topcoat pairing: OR-621 basecoat goes down over prepared concrete, and OR-55 topcoat finishes it. OR-75DCL topcoat, OR-ACR-42, and OR-E41 epoxy primer round out the system for jobs that call for a different build or a different look.
Concrete Mender is the repair side. It penetrates into cracked and spalled concrete and rebuilds it structurally rather than patching over it — which means a slab that would otherwise have been a demo-and-repour can be repaired and coated the same day.
Typical spec: profile slab to CSP 3–5, verify moisture vapor emission, OR-621 basecoat followed by OR-55 topcoat; Concrete Mender for spalls, joints, and cracks ahead of coating.
Foam & Primer — the Two That Make Everything Else Work
Closed-cell and open-cell spray polyurethane foam under the WatchGuard Foam identity covers insulation and industrial roofing. Closed-cell brings R-value, structural rigidity, and vapor control; open-cell brings cost-efficient cavity fill and sound attenuation.
7001 Primer is quietly the most useful product in the catalog. It is a quick-setting, multi-surface adhesion primer that works on TPO, EPDM, most single-ply membranes, concrete, metal, and wood — and it stops bleed-through from whatever was on the substrate before. It is what lets a polyurea system go over surfaces that would otherwise be a re-roof or a full removal.
Typical spec: closed-cell foam at 2–3" for insulation, 1–1.5" roofing grade; 7001 Primer at manufacturer coverage rate ahead of membrane on any non-blasted substrate.

How Private Labeling Works
1. Pick your sub-lines. Most partners start with one — roof, floor, or foam — and add the others as the market asks for them. There is no requirement to take the whole catalog.
2. Choose your identity. Sell it as WatchGuard, or run your own name on the label. Either way the technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and application guides come with it.
3. Set your volume. Pricing steps with quantity. We will show you where the breaks land so you can decide whether the next tier is worth carrying inventory for.
4. Get your crew supported. Equipment guidance, spray training, and job-specific spec help are part of the relationship, not an upsell. If you are new to plural-component work we will walk you through rig selection before you buy anything.
