WatchGuard Coating — Put Your Name on a Full Polyurea Line

WatchGuard is Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems' private-label brand. Every product we manufacture — OR93BL polyurea, Flak Jacket, OR-80SLM Silver Lining Membrane, 7001 Primer, Concrete Mender, OR-55 floor systems, closed-cell spray foam — can ship under WatchGuard or under your own label. One manufacturer, one chemistry, one phone number for technical support.

Why Contractors and Distributors Run WatchGuard

One Brand Across Every Substrate

Most coating suppliers make you assemble a line out of four vendors — one for roof, one for floor, one for corrosion, one for primer. WatchGuard covers all of it from a single manufacturer, so the primer is tested against the topcoat and the roof membrane is tested against the foam under it.

Private Label Without a Plant

You do not need a reactor, a chemist, or a minimum order the size of a rail car to have your own coating line. WatchGuard products ship in your labeling with your data sheets, at volumes a working contractor can actually move.

Real Polyurea Chemistry

100% solids, plural-component, fast-set. Nothing evaporates, nothing shrinks, and one gallon yields 1,604 mil-sq-ft of finished membrane. These are the same formulations Oak Ridge has been shipping to industrial and agricultural applicators for years.

Support From People Who Spray

Spec help, DFT recommendations, equipment guidance, and troubleshooting from technicians who have run a proportioner. When a dealer calls with a job question, the answer comes back the same day.

What the WatchGuard Line Covers

  • Truck beds & bedliners
  • Multi-surface priming
  • Below-grade waterproofing

What "Private Label" Actually Means Here

Most people hear private label and picture a sticker. That is not what this is.

WatchGuard is a real brand with real products behind it — manufactured by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, shipped from our facility, backed by our technical data. When you sell WatchGuard, you are selling a line with a manufacturer standing behind every drum, not a repackaged commodity with your logo on it.

And if you would rather run your own name instead of ours, that is available too. Same chemistry, same data sheets, your label. Distributors who have spent years building a reputation in a region usually want their name on the pail — we have no problem with that.

What we will not do is put a name on something that has not been tested. Every product in the line has a technical data sheet, a safety data sheet, and an application guide, and those travel with the product regardless of whose logo is on the front.

Who WatchGuard Is Built For

Coating and foam contractors who are tired of explaining that the product they spray has somebody else's name on the bucket. Branding your own material changes the conversation with a customer from "which coating did you use" to "we use our own system."

Distributors and regional supply houses who want a proprietary line rather than competing on price against every other stocking dealer selling the identical national brand.

Equipment dealers and rig builders adding material to what they already sell. If you are putting a customer into a proportioner, you should be selling them the drums that go through it.

Franchise and multi-crew operations that need consistent material across markets and a single technical contact instead of four vendor relationships.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What dealers, distributors, and applicators ask before they commit.

The Private Label Program

Can I use my own brand name instead of WatchGuard?

Yes. WatchGuard is available as a ready-made identity for partners who want one, but you can also run your own name on the label. Same products, same technical data sheets and safety data sheets, your branding. Distributors with an established regional reputation usually prefer their own name, and that is fine with us.

What is the minimum volume to get started?

Lower than most people expect. The program is designed so a working contractor or a single-location distributor can start without warehouse-filling minimums, then step into better pricing as volume grows. Tell us roughly what you move in a year and we will show you exactly where the breaks land.

Do I have to take the entire product line?

No. Most partners start with a single sub-line that matches their existing market — roof, floor, or foam — and add the others when customers start asking. A roofing supply house has no reason to stock floor topcoat on day one.

Do you protect territory?

We discuss it case by case. Our preference is one committed distributor doing real volume in a market over several competing on price against each other. Bring us your region and your plan and we will have an honest conversation about it.

Products & Chemistry

What products are actually in the line?

OR93BL polyurea, Flak Jacket 1 and Flak Jacket Pro, OR7K, Badger Black below-grade, OR-80SLM Silver Lining Membrane, Alasta Seal, 7001 Primer, Concrete Mender, the OR-621 / OR-55 floor system with OR-75DCL, OR-ACR-42 and OR-E41, Super Orange Cleaner, and closed-cell and open-cell spray polyurethane foam. Any of them can be WatchGuard-branded.

Is this the same material Oak Ridge sells under its own name?

Yes — identical formulations from the same manufacturing. Private labeling changes the packaging and the branding, not the chemistry. The technical data behind your label is the same data that supports ours.

Do the products come with technical documentation?

Every product ships with a technical data sheet, a safety data sheet, and an application guide, and those travel with the material regardless of whose logo is on the front. We will not put a name on something a customer cannot get real documentation for.

Is polyurea UV stable?

Aromatic grades such as OR93BL will chalk and fade in direct sun over time. That is cosmetic — it does not affect the waterproofing, adhesion, or physical properties. Where long-term appearance matters, an aliphatic topcoat is available and we will spec it into the system.

Equipment, Support & Ordering

What equipment do I need to spray these products?

A plural-component proportioner with a heated hose — a Graco Reactor E-20 or E-30 class machine or equivalent — for the polyurea and foam products. Some floor and primer components apply with conventional equipment. If you do not have a rig yet, talk to us before you buy one; sizing it wrong is an expensive mistake.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Equipment guidance, spray technique, prep standards, and job-specific spec help are part of the relationship. New applicators get walked through their first several jobs. This is not billed as an add-on service.

How fast do orders ship?

We ship nationwide. Stock items move quickly; private-labeled packaging runs on a production schedule we will confirm when you place the order. Tell us your season and we will help you plan inventory so you are not waiting on material in your busiest month.

Can I sell to end users directly, or only through you?

You sell it. That is the entire point of a private-label program — you own the customer, set your own pricing, and build your own brand equity. We are the manufacturer behind you, not a competitor in your market.

Still Have a Question?

Ask us directly. You will get an answer from someone who knows both the chemistry and the business side.
